Guided Meditation

While the benefits of meditation are widely known, many people struggle to create a sustainable practice on their own. Guided meditations are led by a practitioner who will walk you through a meditation and help you find a calm and peaceful state. Meditations are tailored to address your specific needs and can range from 25 – 45 minutes each.

Corporate Mindfulness

This program provides an opportunity to introduce mindfulness within a corporate setting. Each program is customized to your individual team’s needs but may include 1:1 sessions, group guided meditations for team building, and motivational speaking.
